Return Policy

§ 7 WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND RETURN OF GOODS
The Buyer may, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the order, withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without incurring the costs specified below.

If the Buyer has chosen a method of delivering the goods other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the Buyer for any additional costs incurred by the Buyer.

The buyer bears only the direct cost of returning the goods.

In the event of timely withdrawal from the contract and timely delivery of the returned order to the Seller, the Seller will refund the Buyer the entire payment received from the Buyer.

The buyer may resign from  all ordered goods by sending within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the shipment containing the goods "Statement of withdrawal", to the e-mail address info@fortisdetox.com or in writing to the address 18. January 22 87-300 Brodnica.

The right to withdraw from the contract is not entitled to the Customer in cases where the subject of the service (Goods) is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after the delivery of the Good, in particular this applies to dietary supplements and food products.
The goods should be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Buyer withdrew from the contract. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the goods before its expiry.

We suggest returning the returned goods, if possible, in the original packaging, with the original bands, without any signs of tampering with their construction or use. The buyer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

We suggest that the parcel with the returned goods should be labeled with the information "RETURN OF GOODS". Shipments with returned goods should be sent or delivered in person to the following address: 18 January 22 87-300 Brodnica.

The Seller shall refund the payment made by the Buyer using the same method of payment as used by the Buyer. The reimbursement of the payment is made by the Seller immediately, but not later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the consumer's statement on withdrawal from the contract. The seller may withhold the reimbursement until receipt of the parcel containing the returned goods or proof of its return.

Please properly secure the returned goods and do not return them in envelopes or bubble envelopes. The Seller does not accept COD shipments.

The buyer may, under the warranty, demand replacement of the goods, repair of the goods, price reduction or deviation from the contract. The complaint will be considered within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission.

The right to withdraw from the contract is not entitled to the Buyer in relation to contracts in which:

the subject of the contract are goods with a short shelf life, about which the Seller informed the customer when placing the order;

the subject of the contract are goods that have been opened after delivery in a sealed package and which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons;

the subject of the contract are medicinal products, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses and medical devices, in accordance with §6 sec. 1 above.
